Gilded Age Fantasy Come True: Rosecliff Mansion Holiday Wedding in Newport

Seriously, who needs a June wedding when you can do a holiday wedding amidst the twinkling lights of Bellevue Avenue? The ICONIC Rosecliff Mansion truly has my heart. The classic Stanford White architecture, the heart-shaped ballroom, the ceiling mural of the sky in the ballroom (yes, the very one in the opening scene of The Gilded Age…my favorite guilty pleasure TV show)….there was so much to love about this wedding that I felt like a kid in an 1880’s candy store. Myles & Brooke brought so much warmth to this venue and this entire spectacular day just 2 weeks before Christmas. From their “first touch” private vows moment at The Brenton Hotel, a traditional ceremony at St. Barnabas with a streamer grand exit into a classic Rolls Royce, and then of course, a beautiful reception at Rosecliff…..this wedding was one for the (gilded) ages. The photos captured by the always wonderful Janelle Carmela Photography paint the picture…enjoy!
