Boston Public Library Courtyard Winter Wedding

THE FOUR PHASES

LET’S PLAN YOUR WEDDING

Phase 1

Are We A Match?

(1 WEEK)

1. Fill Out My Questionnaire

Grab a glass of champagne (cheers to your engagement!) and take a few minutes to answer and submit my top 10 questions to ensure we are a good fit to work together. Keep reading or you can skip right to it HERE.

2. Virtual Coffee

You and I will meet for a 15-minute video conversation. We’ll walk through any lingering questions before you officially decide whether to hire me to help you play your wedding!

Phase 2

Big-Picture Planning

(1 WEEK)

3. Discovery Meeting

We meet again! This time, for an hour-long video conference. We’ll discuss your wildest wishes and dreams for your big day, and I’ll take meticulous notes to capture your essence (my wheels will already be turning, thinking ten steps ahead, envisioning your ideal line-up of wedding pros).

4. Custom Budget

This one’s all me! Based on our conversations, I’ll create your realistic wedding budget—and here’s where your dreams land firmly on Planet Earth. We’ll swap a few e-mails to nip and tuck as needed, and once you give the thumbs-up for your realistic budget, we move on to the next phase.

Phase 3

Primary Details

(4 WEEKS)

5. Your Wedding Venue

Based on your budget, wedding date, and personal style, I’ll recommend your top three to five (available!) venues and set up your site visits. Once you have visited each one and shared which venue works, we’ll lock it in! (If none fit, not to worry—we can repeat this step.)

6. Custom Planning Timeline

All me again! I’ll create and deliver your Custom Planning Timeline, broken out by month—consider it your roadmap to ensure you meet every wedding milestone worry-free.

7. Key Vendors

With your venue lined up, I’ll search your top three-to-five available budget-approved, stylistically appropriate, thoroughly vetted caterers, photographers, DJs (or bands), and tenting options. Then, I’ll set your vendor meetings, request contracts on your behalf, and review any questions you may have before locking them in.

Phase 4

Secondary Details

(4 WEEKS-12 MONTHS)

This phase depends on your wedding timeline and how quickly you want to make decisions.

8. Secondary Vendors

Now that I know you so well, I can search and recommend your top three to five (available!) florists, ceremony musicians, officiants, and—if you feel you need one—day-of planner recommendations.

9. Day-Of-Timeline

Still me! With all your decisions completely finalized, I’ll create the minute-by-minute breakdown of your big day so you can print copies for your Maid of Honor, Best Man, and anyone else helping run the show on your wedding day to ensure every detail flows as planned.

Ready? Lets do this.
